Stylée Outlet is an independent, home-operated fashion resale activity based in Lebanon. It offers new and pre-loved items through this website. It is not presented as a registered company.

When you message us, we collect the name and email address you provide, your item conversations, item interests, purchase history, and limited technical or session identifiers. Your six-digit customer code is stored as a protected hash rather than readable plain text.

We use this information to identify your conversations, reply to enquiries, coordinate and confirm orders, send transactional message notifications, provide customer service, maintain sales records, prevent misuse and protect the website. We do not collect card details and the website does not take online payments.

We use service providers for website hosting, database and media storage, email delivery and email reception, including Sites, Cloudflare, Resend and our email provider. Data may therefore be processed or stored outside Lebanon. Providers receive only the access reasonably needed to provide their service.

Chats and inactive customer profiles are retained for up to 36 months after the last interaction, unless they must be kept longer for a legal claim, dispute, fraud prevention or another legal obligation. Sales records may be retained longer where reasonably required for accounting, legal or dispute purposes.

You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, obtain a copy, or object to a use of it by emailing us. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Information that must legally be retained may not be deleted immediately.

We use access controls, protected customer-code hashes and login throttling. After five incorrect customer-code attempts, access is temporarily locked for 15 minutes. No online service is completely risk-free, so please do not send payment-card details or sensitive documents in chat.

Email alerts are transactional notices about conversations or orders. Promotional email will only be sent where permitted and with an available way to opt out.

Item condition and known defects should be stated in each listing. Please review the description and photographs and ask questions before confirming an order. Availability is not guaranteed until confirmed by Stylée Outlet.

Payment is made on delivery. The item price, any delivery charge and the total should be confirmed before the order is final. Delivery timing is an estimate and may depend on the courier and destination.

All sales are final for change-of-mind purchases. This does not affect any rights you may have if an item is materially different from its description or has an undisclosed defect. Contact us promptly with details and photographs if there is a problem.

We may update this notice when the website, our practices or applicable requirements change. The latest version and its date will remain available on this page.

عند مراسلتنا، نجمع الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني اللذين تزوّدنا بهما، ومحادثاتك حول المنتجات، والمنتجات التي تهتم بها، وسجل مشترياتك، وبعض معرّفات الجلسة أو المعلومات التقنية المحدودة. يُحفظ الرمز المؤلف من ستة أرقام بصيغة مشفّرة غير قابلة للقراءة كنص عادي.

نستخدم هذه المعلومات للتعرّف إلى محادثاتك والرد على استفساراتك وتنسيق الطلبات وتأكيدها وإرسال إشعارات المعاملات وتقديم خدمة العملاء وحفظ سجلات المبيعات ومنع إساءة الاستخدام وحماية الموقع. لا نجمع بيانات البطاقات المصرفية ولا نقبل الدفع الإلكتروني عبر الموقع.

نستعين بمقدّمي خدمات لاستضافة الموقع وقاعدة البيانات وتخزين الوسائط وإرسال البريد الإلكتروني واستقباله، بما في ذلك Sites وCloudflare وResend ومزوّد البريد الإلكتروني. لذلك قد تتم معالجة البيانات أو تخزينها خارج لبنان، ولا يحصل مقدّمو الخدمات إلا على القدر اللازم لتقديم خدماتهم.

نحتفظ بالمحادثات وملفات العملاء غير النشطة لمدة تصل إلى 36 شهراً من آخر تفاعل، إلا إذا كان الاحتفاظ لمدة أطول ضرورياً لمطالبة قانونية أو نزاع أو منع الاحتيال أو التزام قانوني آخر. وقد نحتفظ بسجلات المبيعات لمدة أطول عند الحاجة المعقولة لأغراض محاسبية أو قانونية أو لتسوية النزاعات.

يمكنك طلب الاطلاع على معلوماتك الشخصية أو تصحيحها أو حذفها أو الحصول على نسخة منها أو الاعتراض على استخدامها عبر مراسلتنا بالبريد الإلكتروني. وقد نحتاج إلى التحقق من هويتك قبل تنفيذ الطلب. وقد لا يمكن حذف المعلومات فوراً إذا كان القانون يفرض الاحتفاظ بها.

نستخدم ضوابط وصول وتشفيراً لرمز العميل وتقييداً لمحاولات الدخول. بعد خمس محاولات خاطئة لإدخال الرمز، يتم تعليق الدخول مؤقتاً لمدة 15 دقيقة. لا توجد خدمة إلكترونية خالية تماماً من المخاطر، لذلك يُرجى عدم إرسال بيانات البطاقات أو مستندات حساسة عبر المحادثة.

تنبيهات البريد الإلكتروني هي إشعارات مرتبطة بالمحادثات أو الطلبات. ولا تُرسل رسائل ترويجية إلا عندما يكون ذلك مسموحاً ومع توفير وسيلة لإلغاء الاشتراك.

يُفترض توضيح حالة المنتج وأي عيوب معروفة في صفحة العرض. يُرجى مراجعة الوصف والصور وطرح الأسئلة قبل تأكيد الطلب. لا يُضمن توفر المنتج إلى أن تؤكد Stylée Outlet الطلب.

يتم الدفع عند الاستلام. يجب تأكيد سعر المنتج ورسوم التوصيل والمبلغ الإجمالي قبل تثبيت الطلب. ومواعيد التوصيل تقديرية وقد تعتمد على شركة التوصيل والمنطقة.

تُعدّ المبيعات نهائية عند تغيير المشتري لرأيه. ولا يؤثر ذلك في أي حق قد يكون لك إذا كان المنتج مختلفاً بصورة جوهرية عن وصفه أو كان فيه عيب لم يُفصح عنه. يُرجى التواصل معنا سريعاً مع التفاصيل والصور عند وجود مشكلة.

قد نحدّث هذا الإشعار عند تغيّر الموقع أو ممارساتنا أو المتطلبات المعمول بها. ستبقى النسخة الأحدث وتاريخها متاحين في هذه الصفحة.
